If you don’t know what is P3O®, here it is a basic definition:
What is P3O®? Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O) was first published in 2008 and more recently revised and published in 2013. The guidance is accompanied by an associated qualification scheme.
A P3O model provides a decision enabling/delivery support structure for all change within an organization. This may be provided through a single permanent office which may exist under several different names, for example Portfolio Office, Centre of Excellence, Enterprise or Corporate Programme Office.

This week I just got certificate on P3O® Foundation, which in my point of view, it’s ESSENTIAL for any professional within the PPM area. The entire course was amazing and really, really make you think about yourself when talking to customers or even internal PMO. (You should use P3O instead of PMO… ) The point is, that course worth the investment and I would like to help anyone who wants to take that certification. Yes! That’s it… There is only one BUT, I love mind maps… so I will help by creating mind maps for each chapter… adding tips and tricks, things you must know and what is probably nice to know! I made a plan and already started! The book has 5 chapters and 6 appendix, and I will only share what I believe was relevant to my exam and myself. Below you can find the mind map of the 1st Chapter, Introduction, from the 2013 version of the book. P3O – Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices
